Jim Tushinski

Jim Tushinski is a fiction writer and filmmaker living in Southern California. His novel, Van Allen's Ecstasy (Harrington Park Press) was a finalist for the Ferro-Grumley Fiction Award and the Violet Quill Award. He is the director, editor, and co-producer of the feature-length documentary, That Man: Peter Berlin, which had its world premiere at the 2005 Berlin International Film Festival, and the creator of the short video "Jan-Michael Vincent Is My Muse." His short fiction has appeared in the anthologies His 3 and Quickies as well as in literary journals including Lodestar Quarterly, Harrington Gay Men's Fiction Quarterly, Blithe House Quarterly, and The James White Review.
